If the sign says open feel free to stop in, and we are open pretty much everyday during summer.  Otherwise email to schedule your tasting.  During the off season we are closed on Sunday, and may close up to go to lunch or close early if its been a slow day. If you email we will be there for you.  Trying our phone number listed on google is hit or miss depending on if we happen to be in the tasting room. Email works best. Thanks for understanding!
